Your mileage calculation is way off. There is absolutely no way to get from Raton, NM to Alamo, NM, and then to Socorro, NM in just 362 miles. Anyone with a map can see that. Alamo is on the Navajo reservation; your numbers are wrong, and so is the information I found online, unless you ignore reality and break the trip into sections: Raton to Albuquerque, Albuquerque to Socorro, and then Socorro to Alamo and back again. That's the only way the math works. I only needed the truck for one day, yet you charged me for three. Why? And you charged me a dollar per mile for miles I couldn't possibly avoid just to return the truck to the nearest location after dropping off in Alamo. I even called ahead and flagged this exact issue, and you brushed it off, insisting I'd have no problem. This is nothing short of dishonest. UHaul, get your act together. This feels like a scam, and I won't be recommending your company to anyone. In fact, I'll be sharing this story on social media so others know to watch out. Fix this, because right now, you should be ashamed.

I was just glad this dealer was there. In my wildest dreams I imagine life with a UHaul dealer closer than 70 miles away, especially with the numerous UHaul trucks and trailers traveling US 60.
