I refilled gas tank with more gas than I used (drove truck 11.9 miles, put in 3 gallons of gas), but then intake clerk lied about the gas level (I have photographic proof that he lied) and charged me $13 for more gas. Will never trust one of your clerks to do the drop off honestly again.

we were double charged, we returned the van same day and was charged for 2 days. I have no idea why this person thinks its ok to charge 2 days on a van that was returned same day. I've already called corporate and received the proper contacts to escalate this issue. I will not be renting from this location again.

Martin AI had a hard time understanding his English and he was talking to someone on the phone the whole time he was setting me up for my rental. The truck was defective because when I filled it up, gas started pouring out from on top of the gas tank resulting in the biggest spill Costco woodinville has seen.
