when you return your rental after business hours two difficult steps to finish up your completion first one no sign to give direction to where to drop the keys second one it’s tricky to go online to confirm your drop off vehicle even though went through these difficulties still I got charge $20 for processing after hours.

The communication was poor and lacked in understanding the customer situation. I was alol but called a liar to my face by an employee who tried to make me responsible for an existing damage to the vehicle I rented. And was left to call your employee to validate my claim that I didn’t cause the damage. Very unpleasant experience with the lady on the phone about having to keep the vehicle another day. The fact that I was going to have to charge me an additional $58.00 dollars to extend my contract plus charge me a late fee. I will never use your company again and definitely will not recommend your company to my customers. Because of the heavy handed fees and the nasty attitude the lady on the phone showed me.

Check in was fine. When we went to drop off, there person inside told us to go out and have the employee already checking in vehicles check us back in. We handed over the keys and he told us that we were fine and we could leave and he didn’t give us a receipt. The next day, I receive a phone call stating that we did not return the vehicle and that they were going to start filing a police report for a stolen vehicle. I went off and explained exactly when we arrive, what they instructed us to do, and was specific with all details and told them I knew they had camera footage. He told me to hold on, then came back and said he saw it was “logged” and never mind. This is incredibly unprofessional. Had they checked, the vehicle would have been in their lot. To call saying that, make that mistake to me as a customer, and then not even apologize is very aggravating. I will not return to this location. This is not how you conduct business. We did nothing wrong.

When left in truck it turn off in street but make it to a turn lane. When start truck back up the engine and oil light came on. Continue driving the engine light turn off but the oil light stay on and run slush for minute than stop but oil light stay on the entire time I have truck. I told lady that check the truck back in when I returned back to Uhaul

800 number sent me to a location which did not have the equipment that I requested, not was I told that rates change on the week-end. That location in turn directed me to another location which did have the equipment and I was finally able to complete the rental..

Would have been a 5 star review except I almost got swindled. I returned the rental on the same day in the evening. I asked the guy taking the rental back "Don't you need to check me in?". He said I was already checked in and can go. They didn't check it in until the next morning and charged me a fee. I called Uhaul's main customer service which said the manager would call me and fix it which he never did. Then the next time customer service called the location they disputed I returned it the same day and said I returned it the day after. They could have checked their security cameras but didn't. Luckily I had dash cam video and GPS logs proving my story and the main customer service department fixed it after I sent them proof. But it was a bunch of unnecessary trouble to go through. I'll give Uhaul's main customer service thumbs up but this was poor experience from this location. The moral of the story is don't trust what employees say until you have the receipt.
