Training. I had to talk to the boss over the phone. Having to provide my info for all to hear while he was on speaker phone. Then there was no one who knew how to hook up the trailer. If we didn’t know how, which we had to do it ourselves, the person would have been screwed. Because the worker on duty had no clue what he was doing.

Micheal Lthis location has friendly employee however they need people that can hook the uhaul trailer up to vehicle and disconnect - this equipment is extremely heavy and the customer is not responsible to do this !! the employee had to call someone to come and take uhaul of our vehicle ... i'm grateful he was home and lived close .
