Only recommendation might be to post instructions on how to get in touch with company, or where to drop rentals off. Staff very friendly and helpful once connection was made!

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulDealing with Uhaul was a nightmare as we had a confirmation to pick up our vehicle in Terrace and Uhaul decided to take it 200 miles away to Smithers the day before so we had to figure out how to get to smithers to pick it up and then drive all the way back to Terrace. Uhaul owes us for gas and travel.
Together SThe guy was very nice. The trailer had holes in the floor boards which is not the locations fault as this seems to be a regular occurrence with UHaul. Last equipment rental from a different site had the same problem and ruined many of my belongings
Donna RNo personnel because was night drop-off. Worked well once we registered for U-Haul account
Karen MDid not return there so unable to comment
