Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI sent u a comment why I was unhappy with ur service. Smith Center Ks was great, but U-Haul is the one that fucked up. If u want any more info here is my phone # [redacted].
Shorty MThe personnel were not available at the time of my drop off.
Janice FEverything was great!
Mike SThey had everything ready for us, they also called to confirm the pick up time and date. Doing that gave me a piece of mind of knowing they had organized it for us. It was easy to pick up, and they gave us all the information in advance as to what we needed for towing the trailer, and that was very helpful. They were both very polite and professional. We would highly recommend using them. Thank you so much,
