Check the trucks before allowing them to be used, had no gas and a faulty oil pump (which would've been noticed from an inspection)

Was very close to our home so it saved our milage fees. We had unexpected event that caused us to be 1+ hours late on pickup but fortunately the van hadn't been rented to another. We picked up van later that reserved and returned it sooner that our reservation. Van was a little dirty inside but not enough to damage our upholstered 2 chairs. We did remove some food boxes from under driver's seat. If it was my own truck I'd have swept out cargo floor but it acceptable for our needs. We're very happy your real person at U-Haul made us very happy when she told us if our unexpected event took precedence there would be no charges from not showing up for our reserved 9' van. I'm old enough to remember your your old logo of elephants walking trunk to tail from left to right on back of your trucks. There was a place I frequently saw some of your trucks at an Air Force Base with elephants walking the other direction and eventually learned the goods inside those particular trucks were classified.
