Christopher, the agent, was at the DMV at the time I came to pick up the cargo trailer. I had to wait an hour for him to return to rent the trailer. Then, when I asked for time extensions for the trailer's use (via U-Haul), which is what Christopher recommended if I needed more time with the equipment, he ended up calling me on the second day of the time extension to say he needed the equipment back for someone else to rent. If rental extensions are allowed, then everyone should be on board with the concept. I could not predict to the day how long I would need the equipment, which is why he gave me the advice on extended the time of rental to begin with. So, it was inappropriate for him (1) to be an hour late to rent the equipment, and, (2) call me to pressure me to return the equipment during my rental agreement. U-Haul gets paid, no money was lost. What gives?
