This comment is for U-Haul customer service in general and does not reflect the quality of service provided by Roe Motors. I was disappointed that U-Haul did not alert me of a location change for my pickup location until LESS THAN 24 hours before my scheduled pickup. The location was 18 miles southeast of the location I requested. This added an hour of extra driving onto an already long moving day. I highly recommend you start making confirmation calls earlier so that customers can explore other options if U-Haul assigns an inconvenient pickup location.

My reservation was for 11 am and the place was still closed at 1110. One of the strsps were frayed, making it difficult to attach. This place is a used car lot with a trailer for an office. Would not recommend this location.

The only thing I think was absolutely terrifying was the smell inside the truck. I legitimately bought a spray to have a pleasant smell in the car. When I got in i was sick to my stomach BUT other then that it was the easiest from start to finish and the customer service was excellent. Totally recommend to others!

I would never recommend this location or uhaul in general because my account was overcharged more than double what my total was. customer service not very empathetic. Live chat is ridiculous because I waited 9 minutes for a response but because I did not respond to CS rep in 3 minutes my conversation was ended (they were looking for an "order number" which does not exist on the equipment contract but I was looking for it). Then I had to wait another 8 minutes for someone else to respond to my question and start the whole conversation over again.

I dropped off the truck the same day. I picked up the truck at 9:00am on Saturday 9/2 and then I dropped off the truck at 2:00pm the same day (Saturday 9/2) and was charged an extra day. I tried working with staff at Roe Motors and they are not helpful at all. I will have to escalate issue with my credit card company.
