I talked with the rep about the furniture mover I had reserved and she complained they only had them for sale and never had them to rent. So I rented a utility dolly. She pulled the truck around. I check for the dolly before leaving the parking lot and she missed putting it in the truck. I went back inside and asked why it was missing. She said “I’m busy”

Pick up and drop off were great. No issues. But truck had a leak up at the front and the rain ruined some our items. We had the insurance and we will be making a claim.

The staff very ask "my I help you". I had to ask the gentlemen was he ready for me....he waved his hand like "come on"...he did not explain to me about the days of keeping the Uhaul truck....the gentleman took my creditcard and folded my paperwork....went outside pull the truck up an never told me it was ready....he came back in an said nothing....i walked off....very...very....very bad experience and poor customer service.....

My initial call to the office was met by a lady who a bit rude. When I finally said something she quickly changed her attitude to be more friendly and when I needed to call back a second time she was polite. All I was change is that it is always important in customer contact to be courteous. People remember both ways. Better their memory is good than bad when giving referrals.

Processing was slow even though I had set everything up online. I did the advance pickup notice so it would be ready when I arrived, it wasn't and had to go through the setup of the drop off location again. Might have been a software fault and not the staff.

Listen to what the customer is requesting. Requested a truck starting I had two electic wheelchair and would need the ramp to load them. A one bed room apt with a hospital bed. When I got there they had a van ready not a truck. So i had to get a bigger truck which cost more.

I completed the entire check in session online and was instructed by the system to go inside to get the key. I then had to wait twenty minutes in line because the computer system was not working and everyone was backed up. This had nothing to do with my ability to take the keys and leave. It only affected the staff who were checking others in. If there was someone asking people in line what they needed, someone could have recognized that I didn't need to stay there any longer. Once I talked to someone they just told me the keys were on the seat.
