Don't magically cancel my reservation in the city I live in when you find out you don't have the vehicle I want to rent. Just call me or shoot me an e-mail instead. Having to drive twenty miles to go pick up the truck, THEN to be charged mileage for the drive back to my city and BACK to U-Haul is a little silly. This isn't a reflection on this store in particular, but U-Haul as a whole. This store was just fine.

There is nothing I can think of that would improve my experience with Uhaul, everything was as right as rain. We’ve used Uhaul three times during our past move and will probably use them one more time before we’re finished. They’ve always furnished what I need when I need it. Uhaul is the best!

They totally screwed up my reservation which was reserved as a 24 hour rental. When I went to pick it up they charged my card 3 times and then canceled the whole reservation to start over. That is when they screwed up the whole thing. I rented the 17' truck at 4:30 pm on Friday they had me returning it at 4:30 am on Saturday morning. The store manager Ray left me a voice mail asking me since I was late on my return could I call them to verify that I would have the truck back by 10:00 am? When I called back a woman answered and told me that since I was returning late that I would be charged for another day. When I tried to explain all she kept saying is I should have read the contract I signed before I left the store. When I did return the truck around 2pm when they checked me in they instantly charged me for a 2nd day before they even asked me anything!! Ray the store manager was no where to be found. This was the overall WORST customer service I have ever experienced from a major company! This is NOT the whole story there is more! Someone in upper management needs to call me.

I was livid when I arrived and was told my truck had been given to another customer when I arrived late as I had also arranged for moving help but jason/david got me another truck asap and the move went well. Please change this policy. If a customer makes a reservation charge their card and keep the truck for them. If they fail to pick it up you still get paid. DONT GIVE AWAY RESERVATIONS. I think there was a Seinfeld episode that covered this. Rob

Its not the locations fault, I was failed by Uhaul I had to settle for the smaller truck and was not able to pick up till 2 pm. and because of the late pick up and smaller truck I could not make the return time. I was beat up with extra charges and will not rent from uhaul again, If I would of gotten the correct truck on the correct tine this would of been a better review

I reserved my truck on Tuesday, September 4. When I arrived on Sunday, September 9, there was no record of my reservation. There were no 15’ trucks available. Luckily, there was 1 17’ truck. I would have been in big trouble if there was not a truck. That is why I reserved the truck early. I received an email saying the truck would be available but for some reason it wasn’t.

They failed to check vehicle in when returned. I called next day and reminded I had not received my final bill. That is when they discovered it had not been checked in. They cheated me on gas level. I put in 38.00 @ 2.44 per gal and drove 156 miles so you figure the gas. The vehicle should be full when picked up and returned full. Their method is simply an easy way to rip the customer off. Thank you. I know nothing will be done with my complaint but at least you know I do not trust your local franchise.

Well The trailer I rented was a two day trailer I paid $80 for it and And I only used it for 12 hours so it was a little high for how long I needed it!Other than that well satisfied

So when I rented a truck I swiped my card over 10 times for the payment because the system froze. Well on the $94 "hold" it actually charged my debit card and I tried to tell them. They said no it's just a hold and won't actually charge my account. Well low abbr behold it did. Even after calling the 1-800 number I still haven't received it back.

I did not drop off at this location. As I had requested I dropped of the truck at a different location. The pick-up agent had indicated that I could drop off at any location following my request. I dropped of at Main Gate Storage and this became a bit of a problem since the location was closed and when I called in to Uhaul they indicated that the truck was needed at the location that had been auto selected by the booking site. I had no communication that this was where the truck needed to be dropped and it was too late for me to change since I had droped the keys at the location nearest me. I'm waiting to see what if any secondary follow-up I will have to do so that I'm not charged for additional days or late return.

The manager (Ray) at 8621 Warden Rd, Sherwood, AR went above AND beyond immediately when I explained to him how horrible the customer service was at my pickup location. He quickly identified issues, explained processes and fortified a reason to return as a U-Haul customer. All of his staff were friendly, caring, respectful and always willing to help ANY customer. His store deserves to be recognize as a shining example of what the customer service experience is all about. Further more he submitted my experience immediately and made sure all my issues were resolved extremely fast.

Please contact me. I feel that I was OVERCHARGED! I was told by a UHAUL employee, at the toll free number,that I would only be charged $19.99 (plus the 10.00 per day insurance coverage) per day for each day I went over the original 1 day that purchased the cargo van and that the 69.00 plus 10.00 per day charged to my account was simply a DEPOSIT. Instead, I ended up actually being charged $79.00 dollars per day for each day that I had the van!!!!! I WAS GROSSLY MISLEAD ABOUT HOW I WOULD BE CHARGED. I NEVER WOULD HAVE KEPT THE VAN THAT LONG HAD I KNOWN "THE TRUE" CHARGES.
