Your in town rates are way to high. $70.00 for a truck , plus $7.00 for a dolly , Plus $0.79 permile , plus fuel $15.00 for 7 miles round-trip. That's just for 10 hour's. The truck's burn gas and that's taking it easy. Then you got to make a full block too go around so you can even get into the place. Then they tell you the truck is on a 1/2 a tank of gas and you get in it, and it's under a 1/2 of tank and if you don't bring it back right at a 1/2 of tank. They will charge you $3.95 a gallon, when it's only $2.05 a gallon. That's $1.90 a gallon more than the state average.

I find a couple of business practices demonstrated as being a little untoward. 1. Having a different mileage rate on weekends vs weekdays for in-town moving? I get it that truck demand is higher but that should reflect in the daily rental rate rather than mileage rate which should remain constant. I rush to get my previously scheduled 2 day rental back (Thurs-Sat) a day early because even though most/all of the driving was on Thurs and Fri, I would have been significantly overcharged for a weekend mileage rate for returning Saturday morning. 2. Filling trucks to a half tank? Rental cars come full and get returned full. This seemed like a scheme to force people to either refill more than a half tank (leaving more in the tank than started) or pay an astronomical rate for gas. Even though I filled up and ended up just a little short of half-tank, the attendant told he it would be $28 for the rest of the gas?!? I took the truck and put 2 additional gallons ($4.09) to get to the half tank. Really...$28 for 2 gallons?

The guy that checked in vans/trucks the day i returned my van was not socialable at all.i was standing right behind a client whom returned a truck. He did notice me because he kept looking at me. He took the customers keys. Walked over to the truck. He didn't say i will be with you in a min, i will be right back, can you please give me a min or anything. He got in that truck took it to return area.opened the back and still didnt acknowledge me waiting.I walked over to the return area where he was and said again."Hello i am returning". He asked if i had the keys. Still didnt speak. I said yes. Handed him the keys.and he snatched them right out of my hand. As he was walking away. I said to him" and how are you doing"?Still not speaking. I thought that was so rude. If people are going to work in customer service they really need to have a pleasant attitude.

Although the staff was friendly, the Uhaul I reserved was not available when I went to pick it up. Our choice was waiting two additional hours and then driving an additional 45 minutes to pick up the size I reserved and needed or take a much smaller trailer. Neither were good options. I hate to rate this so low, but when you reserve and pay in advance you expect to get what you want.

I drop off Truck an hour BEFORE actual drop off time. Only to recieve not 1 but 2 call say that I had not turn the truck in. So I return to the location to rectify the situation to only be rudely dealt with business Becky and Hannah. Once they realize their mistake they RUDELY sent me on my way without any apology. Will NOT do business with them again

Apparently when we returned the truck to the young man outside, he didn't put it in the computer. So for two days my phone has been getting messages. So I called the office and they didn't show that it had been returned. We in fact returned it early on Sunday with a full tank of gas instead of 7/8th; only drove 15 of 50 miles scheduled. We also had problems with getting into the security gate to get to storage building being rented from this location. I was told that they would email me a receipt showing only charges from sunday, 07.09.2017.
