The location I picked up the vehicle at Shell knob MO . The man was extremely rude to me. I asked what I have to provide 2 emergency contact numbers. And he said that's the way it is. I'm not a f lier, he told to leave the place and to find another place to rent the vehicle. He got heated up very quickly. There is really something wrong with this man's brain. I don't recommend that place to anyone.

The trailer was old and a bit rusty. Side rails on interior were loose.
DANIEL TNo interaction with business owner other than he directed me to put the keys on his desk. Location was very convenient.
ROBERT GTravis and Teri Cassill are very helpful and were easy to work with. This was an older trailer (holes in side rails would not accommodate ratcheting tie downs, only rope) and not water tight, which we only discovered after we were at our destination. It probably should be retired, but it completed the trip as needed, so I’m very happy.
