There was already a fuel surcharge. I understand charging for the fuel itself, but why am I being charged an additional fee for refueling?

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulLet people know what the hidden fees are. I had an initial rental fee of $29.99 for the day but my final invoice was for $150. I only put 39kms on the truck. I was charged a $16 fuel surcharge after I’d already replaced the gas I’d used, providing a receipt was no use at all.
Craig MExcellent location and service!
Richard RBe more interactive and responsive. Have better signage.
STELLA MHave the owners show up on time. They were twenty minutes late. The Van just arrived at 8 AM from previous day before. Was not cleaned nor refueled. Are very slow with the computer making a few customers wait in line behind me.
