The truck itself was mostly clean, but the back of the cargo area had not been swept and still had debris left behind. During check-in, the app would not upload any of the required photos, which caused delays. When I asked the gas attendant for assistance, he was not helpful and didn't provide any guidance on how to resolve the issue. I then contacted customer service through the app, and while they helped me attach the photos I sent through chat, the instructions on what to do next were unclear. Overall, my check-in took longer than expected because of the app issues, unclear support steps, and lack of assistance on-site.

Manav RThe truck was parked in a very tight spot, there are no backup cameras or assists, there was only one truck and two people had apparently pre-registered for it, I just had gotten there first. A creepy man approached me in the parking lot asking to follow me home and help me move.
