Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThis rating is not a reflection on Quality Automotive or Nasr's. Both locations would receive 5 stars in my book. My problem is with U-Haul. I requested a 26' truck at Nasr's location. The day before I needed the truck I was told I had to pick it up at Quality Automotive. This was out of my way AND was an hour round trip. Because I was in a bind, I picked the truck up at Quality Automotive. I returned the truck to Nasr's when I was done. I was then charge $350 because I returned the truck to Nasr's and not Quality Automotive. This is the second time in a year that something like this has happened, and I am disgusted with U-Haul. Because of this, I will not rent from U-Haul again, nor will I recommend them to anyone else!
