Great customer service at pickup by Ms. Ponder and the manager I didn't get her name and Baliey was awesome at the delivery.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe service at this location was friendly and efficient. I rented a 15’ truck. It has seen better days. There were multiple scratches around the cab, and the driver’s door was hard to shut. I seemed like the door had been damaged before. There was a poor spray paint job on the front edge of this door. The engine worked well and the cargo area was fine. It just seems like this truck has performed its service. It has almost 200,000 miles on it. Time for a new truck.
James SThe woman who helped me did what she could to accommodate us but the facility was not prepared to meet our reservation and was not professionally operated
Paul EGood service from the employee.
Leandro BWe placed a reservation for a trailer that happened to be a little small. The rep was very helpful and professional in quickly locating an alternative that ended up being cheaper. They also don’t cancel reservations if you’re few hrs late. Highly recommend.
