There was no one present. I left $50,000 worth of equipment in an empty, unmanned, unlocked lot. And your U-Haul app to process an unmanned drop-off would not work to verify my location. The Uber App had no problem determining my location at the site. I would not have knowingly accepted an unmanned drop-off location for such an expensive rental. The information I had said it was open 9-5. That was certainly not my experience!

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulDealer refused to come outside. Instructed me to drop trailer in yard and leave, from his ring doorbell camera. Trailer was returned on Friday, but not checked-in until Tuesday afternoon. I am now trying to get credit for the overcharge of the additional days. Unhelpful, inaccurate, and attempting to overcharge me. If you have a dealer with hours until 6pm, there should be someone at the location at 4pm.
Jeremy PPersonnel at this site were professional and helpful, responding quickly to phone inquiries. I have used this location twice and would go back again.
