This is my second time renting; the first time, everything went well. But this time, the only good thing about the service was the person who helped me at the store. The rental app doesn't work, and when I finally managed to book via my computer and received the confirmation emails, I got a call the next day saying that everything I’d reserved online had changed—they altered both the return date and the return location. The online support was terrible because they always just tell you to call instead. I am completely disappointed. The lady at the store is the only bright spot in this whole experience.
