David and the staff were wonderful to work with. The online system from U-haul was not user-friendly. I was on "chat" with Khadija for 30 minutes trying to verify that I was who I said I was. Someone texted and called my husband's phone. They spoke with him and then Khadija said that no one was answering and she asked for additional verification. David finally canceled the order and got me the vehicle I requested in five minutes. The van was clean, filled with gas, and in great condition. His practices and procedures were fantastic. That is much more than I can say for the online registration system and the U-haul app.

Make reasonable accommodations for your employees when there are system errors. I had to wait 2 hours to get a U-Haul in freezing conditions because the employees were so confused by the system Outage. Furthermore the vendor was closed when I got There at 5:15 despite the representative telling me they closed at 6, adding to the confusion. Horrible experience I would never recommend that location to anyone.

JONATHAN HI wouldn't recommend because they made me feel like I was taking up there time. They were rude, the lady at the counter had to call the owner to do the rental and he said some choice words on the phone because he had to deal with a uhaul customer. Why do they offer the rental service if they Don't want the hassle?
KIMBERLY PWhen I made my reservation I specifically said that I was paying in cash at the time of pickup. Long story short..no one was available at the site and my reservation was in a lock box designed for credit card purchase. I froze for 2 hrs waiting for the property owner to show up at 10 am ,I left numerous voicemail and contacted uhaul representatives for the 2 hours. I am not happy with the fact that I was transferred from one representative to another without proper care. On the bright side I eventually was able to aquire the rental around 4hrs later. Truck was great and I was very satisfied with that in it's self.
