We arrived at 10 to rent a van reserved for 10. There was only one person dealing with customers (others were around) and she was tied up with another customer for almost 25 minutes before getting to me. While we were waiting another person came in to buy some boxes but left because they were frustrated by the wait.

first the had us booked in Portsmouth NH lucky they had a truck in Salisbury we were told we ggpuld have it until SATURDAY but this morning then called looking got the truck. we brought it back and will have friends help us move the rest of our things..girl blamed it on call center .

Was told credit card on file to charge day of p/up but not on file. Ordered blankets and dolly. No blankets in truck. Arranged drop off in Manchester and was told no d/off location was not arranged! Persons taking or given arrangements were not efficient!

I sent the email text below on 12/07, after we returned the rental, indicating that we returned the rental a full day earlier. I received no response. I resent it on 12/12 and again, no response. The fact that there was no person at the desk to book the return meant that we were charged for the second day, which we feel we deserve a refund for. Copy of email content -"We have a slight problem with the final invoice. Although we said we needed the truck for 2 days, we actially only needed it for one day. In fact, we returned the truck before noon on the day following the rental and because no one was at the desk, we gave the key to a gentleman who was sitting there and said he would take care of it. We did not return it at 3:30 as indicated. We feel that we should only be charged for one day of rental and would like a credit on the card we used."

They need more employees. I waited for close to half an hour to pick up a trailer. Then waited another 5 minutes of so for someone to mount the trailer. Not very good customer service.

They owe me a refund of $160 and ignore my requests for it . Also I put in a request at Moving Help . com never was able to get service and they took $225 out of my account and they won't answer the phone. I never called them for a code because I didn't get the service and they still took my money. So no. i wouldnt recommend Uhaul to anyone you have stolen over $360 from me. The drop off place is the only one that actually gave me my deposit back of $60.

This truck was dropped off in Palmer in the same condition that it was picked up - you need to refund the cleaning charge that was made in Palmer, MA. I have tried to contact Lisa in Salisbury - and she did not return my call. Respond to my calls and messages Mary Ellen
