Staff was friendly but their computer network was not so good. They need a credit card scanner connected to all computers used for customer service.

State Road 50 UHaul had me in and out on the road quickly. The lady behind the desk and the guy bringing up the equipment were both very friendly and helpful. I would recommend these guys.

It's pretty bad when a person goes on the U-Haul website almost 30 days before they need the trailer to reserve one and then one day before the move they get a phone call from U-Haul saying that they don't have the trailer you reserved at the Burlington store. Luckily, HWY 50 storage had one left and was able to reserve that for the two days that I needed it. The trailer worked flawlessly and the pick-up and drop off went smoothly. I will deal directly with them from now on and not go through the website anymore. Keep up the good work HWY 50 storage!!

Our first and last experience with Uhaul. We never received a phone call to tell us where to pick up the truck. We called and were hung up on twice. We were finally told where to pick up the truck and upon arrival in PEWAUKEE (Moving from Burlington) were told they had nothing and didn't know what happened. Then we were told to call ourselves to fix the problem. Arriving in Salem there was no truck. My husband waited for an hour while I went back to start moving our things. We had a schedule to keep and people waiting on us. The staff was rude. The ONLY exception was the woman working at the Salem office. We were told we'd recieve the money we paid back for the inconvenience and haven't heard from anyone since.

This is by far the best U-Haul branch I have ever been to. In the last year I have used U-Haul five times. This was the best experience. The staff was very helpful and communication was excellent. Any future U-Haul needs will only be from Hwy 50 Storage LLC.

Had to unload the trailer myself. Very unhappy with this dealer I had to pay $138.00 and do all of the work to return your trailer.
