The 76 location was great. The problem was when I tried to make the reservation initially at the 12st location, she said I had a truck reserved and then called me back saying that it was already gone. So she then said she could get me a truck at the 76 station. Unfortunately she didn't send all my info to the 76 station and the uhaul online system was very problematic and glitchy when we were trying to actually get the truck. It ended up taking almost 45 min.

Anna CThe truck needs maintenance, I had to stop to put air in the tires three times, the latch is extremely hard to close, the lights would not turn off I’m assuming because of the latch. My order included a dolly, and upon arrival I was told they don’t offer that. I was 40 minutes late to drop off the truck from my approximate time for return because I could not get the latch to shut on my last load, and had to stop for the third time to get air (mind you I picked it up later that I planned to because of the hassle of getting it from this location and how long that process took) and was charged an additional $20.00. I am extremely unsatisfied with this whole thing, this truck made my moving day 10x more stressful and slowed me down. It was more of an issue then it was helpful.
