Excellent customer service
No one was there when I dropped it off, but left the trailer without an issue.

The folks there did not know how to hook up the equipment properly. I had to help them. After turning in the car carrier the u-haul folks at our drop off site said the chains on the tow were connected incorrectly.
Had to hook up and disconnect the trailer myself with no assistance from the employees. The tongue weight on the 6x12' trailer seems to be well over 100lbs and having to back up my vehicle without a spotter and do it all myself with no help is not a normal experience. At all the other U-haul locations I've been to, the employees hook up the trailer and even take a picture to prove they sent their customer's off with a properly hooked up trailer.
The truck itself operated fine. The cab and cargo area were clean. One of the wiper blades was obviously coming off. We had to drive through the snow and visibility was hampered because of it. The mirrors were dirty and had to be cleaned. We ordered a dolly and there was no dolly. I would expect none of these issues upon pickup. I would not recommend this location based upon the issues encountered if using the 24/7 option.
Check the trucks for mechanical deficiencies before customer drives away. My rented truck did not have a muffler and I did not realize it was as bad as it was until the truck was fully loaded and I hit the interstate for a six hour drive. I had to stop and get noise cancelled trucker headphones about an hour in. The truck still had garbage and cigarette butts from a previous renter, and I was charged for two dollys I didn't order. Furthermore, this is the first Military move I have completed that did not have a military discount. I know that uhaul doesn't officially have one, but this is my fifth move for the military with uhaul and the first one that I didn't get at least 10%. Out of eight total military moves, 5 with uhaul, 2 with budget, 1 Penske, this was by far the worst experience I have had.
Waiting to see if we get refunded or the issues are resolved that we're brought to her attention about the wet furniture pads, 2 dozen test were unusable.
To begin, the reservation I booked a week and half advanced was moved to a different location the night before. I had already preregistered and prepaid,so all I should have had to do was walk in, show my license and and get the keys. Instead we were greeted by a very nice gentleman who happened to be on his first day, in the middle of taking training classes online and was by himself with no supervision or help. While we were there dealing with a computer glitch over 24 cents, 4 more people came with two of them walking out due to the wait. 45 minutes later we finally got our keys and were on our way, making us late to my sons move in appointment for college. I don't blame the gentleman manning the office, he was doing the best he could under the circumstances. I blame the owner of the establishment for not caring enough for his business to properly train their people or as least being present in case they needed help.
This location should have more than one employee. That way when she calls the owner's saying she's not coming in customers aren't waiting hours for their pickup. Or if the owner knew that she wasn't going to work anymore, they should have covered down on the store.
Awesome customer service, no equipment issues and Ms. Crystal was very polite and had everything ready for pick up at the reserved time. Was the easiest part of the entire move.
The employee who assisted me in obtaining this rental was rude, unpleasant, and unprofessional. The first comment she said to me when I walked in was how I 'messed up' her rentals scheduled for that day and my reservation should've been rejected. It was my fault that she was going to have to go out of town to get another trailer for a rental the following day - I'm sorry I guess? She made me wait 15 minutes as well due to an altercation with the previous customer where she had called the police. I've rented about 7 or so trailers from U Haul over the past three months and this location was by far the worst of my experiences.

Christopher Ziznewksi, area field manager, is awesome and y'all are lucky to have him with your company. Chris is a consummate professional, who is successful in all that he does. Thank you Mr Ziznewski. I suggest you cease and desist any and all business with Harrison's rentals, because they are giving Uhaul a bad reputation here at Ft Leonard Wood, MO. You are loosing business because of Harrison's rentals. I also believe it is a matter of time before something harmful happens to a Uhaul customer at the hands of a Harrison's employee. Unfortunately, when that day occurs this customers comments will reappear.

Attend was extremely rude while assisting to hook up trailer. Comment was made while she was assisting, â€œugh this is going to take all day!â€ Her attitude was beyond unacceptable, of all the U-Haul places in the Saint Robert / Waynesville Missouri area this one I will not recommend to any. Truly I will tell them to stay away. She seemed to not know how to work the very systems and was easily frustrated. I will not recommend Harrison Rentals, as she is the only person who works there, as she stated, â€œ6 days a week!â€ Truly the most unprofessional experience that I have had when using U-Haul.
The woman at this location was very helpful and nice. I hope to work with people like her the next time I need a help moving.
The wheel cover for my Dolky trailer was broke but it was not a issue. However. Four screws were loose and I had to tight them, which took my some time of my trip but I am satisfied with the overall service.
After making 10 phone calls, trying to make an online reservation I was able to speak to the person at Harrison. She was so helpful and knew her equipment. I had to drive 35 miles to pick up a trailer, that seems ridiculous when there are much closer providers in my area. I suggest UHaul work on their online reservations and state that they may not have the item you want close. I was very trusting to think that the rentals worked together and shared equipment!!!! Won't make that assumption again. I was disappointed with the reservation process, the time and phone calls required on my part! But I was most impressed with the young women at Harrison UHaul.
Second time I have rented a uhaul recently. Crystal was very informative and once again customer service was excellent.
Great service rep. She contacted me promptly when a rental was available as her and I discussed. Will use this location again.
Uhaul's widest dolly wasn't an exact fit for a 2013 Buick Regal GS. I had to use an uneven surface and wood to make it work due to bumper clearance. All my tools were packed and shipped off so I really had to improvise. I had to create a step up/down device to load and unload it. It would be nice if uhaul provided a step type attachment that would give you 2-3 inches of clearance...since the website stated it would work for a stock 2013 Buick Regal GS. I ended up with a bit of damage to my bumper. Also, it makes no sense to have 2 inch raised strap attachments on some trailers and flat ones others...just use the flat ones on all of them. Overall, customer service at this location was great and I had a decent ride with the trailer however, I would prefer the car transport over the dolly.
When returning the car trailer this lady was very helpful and she was very surprised to find out that I made it there safely do the fact that someone did not hook the trailer up correctly it could a killed me in my great granddaughter and God knows how many other people.
