Fast and professional.
SCOTT FI was in a hurry as my moving day was bumped up. Initially wanted a 15ft Uhaul truck but by the time I got there there was only a 10ft available and the alternative 15ft would be too far for me to go pick up. I selected the location as it was not even a mile away from where I would be moving. The staff was able to help me sigh up for the 10ft and I was ready to go. My only gripe is that they dis not record the fuel tank correctly. They said it was a full tank, which I should have double checked but I was in a hurry. I took a picture before I drove and it was closer to a 3/4 tank with a starting mileage of 55629 miles and I returned it at 55633. Again I was really close by. I went less than 5 miles yet but I was charged for 1/4 tank of gas... I am too exhausted to try to fight for my money back. I recommend this location but I would recommend customer do their due diligence and double checking prior to leaving to avoid being charged for gas.
