First of all they charge me for fuel that I dont used. When I pick up the equipment they told me the fuel is above quarter tank but when I start the equipment I saw the fuel exactly at quarter tank and I informed one of the workers there and he came and see it and he promised that he gonna adjust it to quarter tank soil I return the equipment back with quarter tank why should they charge me for 7 gallons of fuel. I took pictures of the gage before I left and when I return the equipment I took pictures of the fuel so if u guys don't put my money back I will sue u guys big time because that's stealing.IBRAHIM F.

I had a reservation with another company that they could not fulfill. The telephone reservation associate figured it out and got me into a truck in a convenient location against impossible odds. The staff at Como was very helpful. Unfortunately, I had trouble with the equipment that could have been handled better (phone help from roadside assistance) and I was very disappointed. However, Matt Underwood patiently listened to my complaint and was gracious enough to fully resolve the matter to my total satisfaction (although it really had nothing to do with him). Things, and systems, do occasionally break and thoughtful people can address it and make it better.Steven K.

I first booked at one location closer to my home. After 1/2 hour of waiting there for the Uhaul worker to find the keys in vain, they transferred my reservation to this location. Uhaul charged me extra for the added miles even though it was their mistake. And forget about any discount for wasting my time and gas, they required me to return it at the original reservation time dispute the me not getting the vehicle until 1 hour after I arrived at the original location. Their gas gauges are malfunctioning. They estimate it takes 6 gallons to bring the tank to 1/4 full. It took 9 gallons. They said it was a 1/16 full when I got the truck which was probably not true since I put 8 gallons in and it only went to 1/4 tank. I am too tired with my move to worry about this right now, but I will never use Uhaul again.Jesse S.
Major issue where the odometer did not match the contract. Went back into office before I left the site and the staff stated they would take care of the discrepancy. I reminded the same staff member about the previous conversation on mileage. I was charged for 400+ miles after renting the truck for just over 2 hours off the lot. INSANITY !!! I had to go back on-site to get this corrected but not to my satisfaction.Rich R.

There is not a lot of space in the front of this location where the entrances are, so with the 26' truck and trailer, it was hard to navigate, especially with others leaving in their u-hauls the same time we were trying to enter. Additionally, there was not clear signage as to where to return the u-haul. After finally making it into the parking lot and finding a place that mentioned truck returns, the first attendant to speak to us was extremely rude. He wanted us to bring the truck to the back by making a u-turn in the parking lot with the truck and trailer that I would not have been able to make safely and without hitting anything else in the parking lot. When I expressed this and asked for clarification, he responded in a condescending tone, refused to give clarification, and tried to make me feel bad for not wanting to move the truck in the direction he wanted. He then demanded the key from me while I continued to ask for clarification which he again refused to give by just continually demanding the key. Once I handed the key, he walked away while saying he would email the receipt with no other guidance about doing a walk around on the truck, mileage used, etc. I asked another attendant about the walk around on the truck and if there was anything else to do before leaving, and he was very kind and helpful.Lexy K.
