This was the worst experience I have ever had with UHaul. The pickup was scheduled for 8AM, and the location did not open until 10. The employee of the liqour store was very nice and tried to help me, but he was alone and had to ring up sales and mind the store. He tried to duck out to do the vehicle and get the blankets, but at the same time had to attend alone to customers of the liquor store. Cost me 2.5 hours delay in starting.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI was double charged for returning the truck late, even though I returned it hours before my time was up. I got refunded, but not the full amount.
Brendan SNot change all the info so the miles are incorrect afterwards and im charged extra. I will be avoiding using uhaul ever again in the future.

Jean KFuel charge was completely uncalled for. I picked it up with less than 1/4 tank of gas, returned it at exactly 1/4 tank, and was charged for 8 gallons of fuel AND a fill up charge for a combined additional $86.00 payment. Never doing that again.
