Not a single member of the staff was wearing a face mask when I picked up and dropped off my uhaul. Everything else was fantastic, unfortunately, I did not feel comfortable due to the staffs lack of protection

It was pretty dusty in the back of the truck, and there was a random shovel that someone had left in there. The dolly wasn't secured, so we started driving and it was clanging around in the back. Other than that, no complaints, and it was nice to do mobile pickup and drop-off.

Had trouble with using the online tool when picking up and dropping off. It was a frustrating experience. When picking up the uhaul, I entered my drivers license and it wouldn't accept it. Had to use my wife's license to get it to work. Then, they needed an alternate contact and my wife wasn't "reachable" they said. We weren't sure what that meant but it was frustrating. Then, when dropping the truck off, we weren't able to select a credit card in the menu. Had to turn the phone to landscape mode in order to get the dropdown menu to work.

Not charge for two utility dollies, when only one was issued. Phone service is bad in that area. I was not able to complete after hours return.

I took advantage of moving help you promoted in your site. This was nothing but hassle ; and I will never utilize them ever again. Once required info is posted, and fee has been charged to personal account; everything else is pretty much a crapshoot. Movers don't answer their phones when follow up call is made, or if lucky enough to get a confirmation, they may not show up. You pay this fee; and then they dont show up for work. Who has that kind of $ where you must keep searching for a mover who'll at least show up! The outfit I got, I feel, took advantage of me. They didn't get in a hurry about anything. Not all of my big items were moved to new the new apt. 3 people- 3hrs. and here to work! ! No excuse why 2 strong men couldn't have fnished loading what few pieces of furniture I own in that amt of time!!!

I was completely blown away at the remarkable and friendly service Cathy displayed. She went above and beyond to make sure the rental was a very good and complete experience. She explained everything and asked if there was anything else she could do to assist. I am a service customer specialist. I teach customer service skills to organizations. She was EXCELLENT.

i had to call multiple times and have changes made that should have been done from my initial call when making reservation...Also moving location further away from where pick up was supposed to be made it more difficult and overall just a poor experience and since i cannot see my final bill but adding service charge to mileage due to UHAUL moving pick up spot is really crazy and i would not recommend to others and hopefully you all can learn from this txt that multiple calls and followup's to make sure this trip happened for my Daughter helping my Son who has cancer move is just unacceptable...thanks for listening if you read this at all? Better and more polite customer service. I needed help and was ignored and told to use the app even though it wouldn't work. Check in and pick up took almost an hour and her attitude sucked. Another customer picked up a truck that had less than a quarter tank of gas in it and the lady behind the counter told her to just fill it up.

The van I rented was supposed to be $20, a competitive price with renting from a hardware store like Home Depot. By the time the charges are all added, plus tax, the price more than doubled. *Yes, I forgot to top off the tank, but that only added $5 to the $42 charge! Everyone was nice- I have no complaint with customer service in anyway- but I will not be renting from U-Haul in the future because of the misleading price quote.

The truck was easily accessible, clean and in good working condition. I chose to try to complete the rental process online, but experienced some difficulties during check in. I went inside the store to get some guidance. The employee was extremely rude and not the least bit helpful. I ended up completing the process online without her assistance.

I elected to pick up my van through the mobile site so I would not have to enter the office building out of precaution for safety amidst the health pandemic. The staff failed to have my designated van parked in the area noted on the mobile app and so instead I was required to go through the manual, in-person process and spend about 15 minutes waiting for the employee to cancel all the steps I had done remotely to re-do them herself as I stood there. Awful. The mobile option is not just a mere convenience for many, but an actual safety measure taken by some. To not fully support the success of the mobile option negates the benefits of offering the mobile option.

Have employees wear masks for COVID. The person inside put on his mask when I asked him to, and the person outside putting a hitch on my brothers truck did not, and they were face to face getting the hitch installed together. It was concerning.

This isn't fair to the location you're asking me to review, but the 1 star is for the mobile app experience. Absolute nightmare. I could go on and on, but I won't bother. You wasted a full hour of my time with that app (locking me out of completing the required information until location services recognize that I'm at the location, which WAS THE WRONG LOCATION ANYWAY), and I'm seriously considering never using uhaul for anything again after that horrible experience.

I reserved a van online and did the electronic pick up... Very easy. I went in to the store to pick up the appliance dolly I reserved and the man working checked everywhere but couldn't locate one. The young lady took over and offered a regular dolly and to remove the appliance dolly charge. Excellent service, very friendly and helpful team, well maintained equipment. I will be back. Thank you very much and keep up the great work!

I had two separate encounters with different team members upon pickup and drop off. I have to say that both of the women during my pick up and the gentleman during my drop off are fantastic employees and I would hire them for any customer service role on the spot. They made me feel like a valued customer and helped me with my rental all while being incredibly cordial. I had not rented from this location before but after this experience I will do all my rental business in STL at this location!
