I originally had my original reservation at A to Z Auto on Watson Road. I get there at my reservation time which is 9 a.m. They try to tell me that my reservation isn't until 9:30, and I pulled out my email and my text message confirmation and showed them 9. They said that somebody had the truck that I was going to be renting, and they would not be back with it until 9:30. They called The Man several times and he never answered the phone. At 10 a.m. he had still not come back. I had already looked all over town online and no trucks were available. The lady at the desk did actually find a truck at the location on Kingshighway. She made the reservation and told me to head over there. I headed over there and when I got to the counter the guy said he had just rented that truck. How the hell do you rent a truck that just got reserved 10 minutes before? The only thing they had available was a cargo van. It took me about six trips to get my entire apartment moved to my new home. I was completely disgusted with the fact that they had just rented my truck to somebody else just after I made the reservation. Horrible experience. I will never use Uhaul again.

I used the self check-in process and ran into a snag. Before I was done checking in I accidentally hit the back button on my phone. When I tried to start over or at least continue where I left off, the link to my order was broken. When I clicked it, it would bring me back to the home page no matter what. Luckily I was able to complete check-in by sending a message via the app. It wasn't a big deal but cost us about 30 minutes because we didn't want to drive away until we confirmed the check in. Otherwise, I absolutely love the self check-in! Super convenient!

We were accused of stealing the truck because the employee to employee communication lacked. Someone couldn't find the key of thr truck that had been dropped off the day before, so I was left a threatening voicemail. She did apologize when I called her back but very unprofessional.

Just let clients know that the 10 feet truck does not have a ramp. It is not stressed out enough during the reservation process. Other then that it was overall great

The guy at drop off. Wouldn't help me backup the trailor. He also made me look like a idiot to other ppl all he did was complain about my driving. He said helping me back up wasnt part of his job. I ll never go back

Originally they said I had to pay over one hundred dollars to drop a trailer (after my pick up location said I could drop the trailer anywhere in St. Louis, MO, my destination city. After wrangling they took the trailer. Nice location, uhaul needs to get its business together and provide a consistent and efficient process, very poor process and I will be searching for other providers than uhaul in the future.

After being checked out. I received a call wanting to know when I was bringing truck back. I decided and discussed this with the person that checked me out and gave me the van. The call I received was very early in morning after being up late packing moving boxes not only waking me up but waking up my babies that didn't go back to sleep. I wouldn't be mad if this wasn't discussed with who checked me out but it was. I was aware that van was expected back for a reservation on Thursday and it was back. I should not have received a call and if a call was felt to be necessary it should of not been first thing in morning. Common sense tells you that if a truck is picked up close to closing time it will probably be used at night and renter will be moving late not early so calling first thing in morning before babies wake up probably isn't a good idea. I almost brought truck right back your store and am thinking about canceling my reservation for a larger box truck in a few days. I bet Penske rates are just as comparable and will get all details and notate them in file so renter doesn't need to be disturbed for something that isn't an issue I should not of been called until there was an issue or until right before and she was going to occur notate them in file so renter doesn't need to be disturbed for something that isn't an issue I should not of been called until there was an issue or until right before an issue was going to occur.
