After receiving the bill called this location for clarification to explain extra 10L of fuel charge. The person on the phone wasn’t much if a help, and responded with something around he is not making staff up (by that he means the bill). Wasn’t a very good experience I would say, I want this to be in a feedback from for improvement.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulGreat service! Truck was great. Had a gentleman try to say my truck was his, and the agent there told him it was not the correct reservation number, saving me not having a truck.
Seth DThe only issue - there was no oil in the trailer to support the brakes so we had to call and make arrangements to get a new trailer. All staff were very nice and helpful.
jeff jMy experience was good. Nice clean location with ample parking and the trailer I rented was in top notch shape so I really have no recommendations. Agent was friendly and personable. I’d definitely rent again from this location… Thank you
WILLIAM GThe individuals was not very helpful and asked if could hook up the trailer by myself which was a no! Also, trailer came with it one connecting cord leaving the trailer brakes useless. Store should hold both connectors.
