Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe add ons should not be offered if they aren’t available. Convenient location but clunky app and verification that should be done prior to pick up. Customer service was a great help
BRITTNEY SAll the things good
NASER AI was disappointed I had to pick up the truck at a liquor store instead at the U-Haul location I made the reservation That location was inconvenient and further from my house. When I tried to make plans to pick up the truck, I called the phone number U-Haul gave me [redacted] A very rude (asian) person answered, I could hardly understand what he said. I called again twice and he did not answer. I am a senior person and the process was not as simple as I expected. Fortunately my son was with me and that helped. Ms. Kara was very patient and kind. Also, the truck was not clean inside the cabin.
MARTHA Sself checkin system was HORRIBLE,, an assistant had to help me for 30 plus minutes.... NEVER AGAIN
