The guy sat at his desk and said he wasn’t sure where the truck was, either in one spot or another and it wasn’t in either. The truck was filthy in side and out. I went back to him and asked if he was sure because it was dirty and over to the side. I don’t think he fully listened to me and just said, yeah that’s it,so I went ahead and took the truck. Luckily I didn’t need the truck to be clean but it certainly was beyond just a little bit dirty. We’ve been to this location a couple of times and it feels like this part of their business is an annoyance to them. I did take pics but I didn’t post them immediately and then forgot. If given a choice in the future this place will not be chosen.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThis location is down a road that is undergoing construction and isn’t paved. Pulling into the return location is a mud parking lot. The only parking option was in red mud soup. To take pictures of the truck required walking through red mud slop which then was all over my shoes and subsequently my car which was awful. We were moving so had no extra shoes to grab and weren’t home to be able to go clean. We ended up with mud in our new car and in the new apartment of our child.
Christine OStaging area for trailers could be more level and accessible when wet
Andrew MNo one got up from their desk to even greet me. I had to unhook myself and the facility was just a muddy gravel lot in the middle of nowhere.
Scott WQuickly handled our rental and we were on our way! Same when we returned rental cargo trailer. Would recommend!
