The lady that rented the truck was super helpful and pleasant to work with. She asked if I had questions or needed help with anything. She provided the best customer service possible. I have rented at least 6 Uhaul trucks in the past 2 years and she was heads and tails above everyone else. She deserves recognition and should lead a training seminar.

trucks need to be checked out. When we filled the gas in town, my husband checked the oil. Its was very low and he needed to put a quart in, think this should have already been taken care of.

The U-Hall equipment was convenient for me and ready to go. I had no problems with the vehicle. I had no idea this location rented truck until I saw one on the facility.

I got screwed by the bozos at Wills Rd Uhaul in Roseville, where I actually booked my truck ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE; it was confirmed the day before, then they tried telling me LATE the night before via a chicken shit email(not my preferred method of contact that THEY asked for), to go up to Rocklin to pick up the truck. I just came from 10 miles in the opposite direction so now they passive aggressively put me over the allotted 44 miles that I was originally promised as part of the price online. And of course when I pick up the truck it was $14 more, CROOKS, IDIOTS, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The manager/Owner Jim Campbell at Wills Rd was worthless and unhelpful, this clown had the audacity to ask if someone confirmed, I said yes, she called me at work yesterday and I told her I would be there at 8:30am to pick it up, he then said, we don't have any girls that work for us!!!I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN, THEY ARE A TOTAL SHIT-SHOW!!
