We originally ordered through the 815 Automotive location and they didn't secure us a truck as guaranteed so at 9pm we had to call customer service and ended up getting a truck from this location. That part was nice because we got a bigger truck for no extra charge, but we didn't end up getting the appliance dolly that was originally paid for. Overall, we got the job done, so it was an okay experience
