Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulHard to locate. When we rang Ben got drop off assistance we were just old to drop the key in the box and they would inspect it. I went on my app and saw I could return with my picks. Did the best that I could- then I got a text telling me tbere would be a 15.00 fuel fee. I e filled it to how we received it and we should have been credited an extra 50 miles because UHaul changed our pick up location.
Theresa CEasy and seamless
Eriksson HNot only was the equipment dirty and not even emptied of discarded moving materials, but the fuel level was so low at the beginning of my trip that the odometer was not visible (only the DTE warning). On top of that, despite declining the “safe move” coverage (my credit card has built-in insurance), I was charged the $15 for that coverage. Very dissatisfied!
Christopher RI did not add SafeTrip, a utility dolly, or furniture pads when I rented the U-Haul. In addition, there were no furniture pads in the truck. Therefore, it would not have been possible for me to use these items. I believe these charges should be removed. Thanks!
