I had the worst experience. I reserved online whent in and picked up truck wasn’t asked how long I needed for and by the way each truck has a minimum time limit. I had go back online and to switch my truck size to a smaller one because the store clerk said they don’t do anything but give out trucks ! I then still didn’t get the right time to have the truck back as I needed it for 24 hrs I was told to call customer service for the 3 time and extend the time I called and got my time extended only a couple hours wich I then had to just settle because I need to love my things. Instead of only making one trip like I planned to with the size I needed I had to make 2 trips which costed me about $35-$40 in mileage what a rip off !!! I returned the truck and was told I was late and they did wave the fee but I shouldn’t even been told that because I called to extend it I will never use Uhaul services again or recommended them to any one they ruined my move it was a totral disaster and costed me more then I planned to

Horrible customer service. I arrived at 3 pm to pick my 20’ foot truck up. Walked in and not a single employee looked up to greet me. Walked up to the counter and the guy rudely told me he was busy doing something else and to go to the woman next to him. I tell her what I was picking and she replied that the truck I reserved was late being returned. She didn’t offer any solutions or apologizes, just told me I needed to wait for it when I had movers coming at 3:30. I proceeded to wait 15 mins before asking if there was any other sizes available. ‘No’ she says so I wait another 10 mins before she goes, ‘oh wait we have 17’ I guess you could have that one’. Then slowly went through the paperwork and took phone calls while working with me, making me even later than I already was. Incredibly infuriating experience I would not recommend this location to anyone. Thanks to the incompetence of the staff at this place I almost lost the movers I hired because I was so late. Horrible.

I picked up the U-Haul on a Sunday at 4:45 and also had a storage at a different U-Haul locations and wasn't informed when I made the reservation that the U-Hauls close at 5 on Sunday which delayed me storing my items until the next day in the evening time they did extend my truck rental for the next day till 10 p.m. at no additional charge which I greatly appreciate it. but the inconvenience was a little nerve-wracking. Employees need to inform customers of the closing times of the storage when they realize that they're renting a U-Haul and a storage , especially at two different locations.

Give an in depth explanation of the truck return process I was not aware of all that it intelled in regards to having to stay at the location and do the app on my cell phone at the time of my return I was unable to pull up the info so once I got home I was able to do so at which time after watching the video I found out I needed to complete this at the store but I had already locked the truck & dropped the keys in the drop box. So in turn I had to awake early to go to the store to make sure I would not be charge an additional fee. So I would have appreciated that being explained before I left the store. Thank U for the opportunity to give my feedback.

Employees were rude, including the owner. Not only did they mess up my reservation, they messed up the pick up time, the drop off time, the type of truck I asked for. they tried to charge me a late fee for a vehicle I only had for 4 hours, but they gave it too me for 24 hours, I didn’t ask for that either.They were very impolite, unprofessional and I will never use that uhaul again. I will continue too go the irondeqouit store.

It was said by U-Haul employees that the coordination of services and provisions thereof require much improvement. I certainly agree and until they do I will look for alternate services. This was my third rental in two months.

This particular location has a peculiarly tight parking lot arrangement which can be a problem when dipshits don't pay attention to signs and leave their personal vehicles standing in the truck drop off. Don't know how you would solve that, but it was the only problem I encountered.
