The original location didn't have the truck I requested. I was sent to a 3rd party location the next day. I had no idea I had to download the app to receive the lockbox code. The app is horrible, it barely loads the page you need to access. I called the 1-800 number and was given a wait time of possibly an hour. What was supposed to be a simple pickup turned into a nightmare! I was on a timeframe and almost missed my storage units closing time. Although the guy at this furniture store was very helpful, I will never pickup from a facility besides U-Haul again.

NAWAF ESeveral isues. 1. I was moved around several times to locations not near me and had to call to get to something fairly close by. 2. When I arrived, the trailer I requested was not available but I was given what amounted to and upgrade at no charge. Fine but not what promised. It was heavier and impacted my gas mileage. 3. The tag was badly damaged and was lost from the trailer en route. It seemed that there was confusion about where the item I requested was available. The folks at Uhaul were quite willing to make the necessary adjustments, and the overall experience, though convoluted, worked out well for us. Thank you.
ALAN GThe back area of the truck had been freshly painted. When we placed my daughter’s furniture in it that’s when we realized it. We ended up having to put sheets down to put her remaining items in this ruining sheets to a few sets. The location was contacted. Some reached out and I sent them photos but I have yet to hear back from them. I feel this is a total disregard to our situation.
