Best U-Haul facility I have dealt with in the past several years.
I did not receive the truck I reserved, and it required me to make multiple trips costing more in fuel and nearly tripling my mileage. Very disappointing and discouraging. I was told there were multiple calls to inform me, I have no record in my call logs. Truck operated well.
Everything was great
Was not impressed with overall service and still don't understand how i was billed.
Truck needed washing but I know inventory is low and I was happy to have the truck. Thanks
We dropped the truck off at night and the phone app would not pick up the location, so we just had to leave the truck. The clerk was able to check it in the next day, but did not tell us there had been any additional charges when we called to make sure everything was okay. It is very frustrating to be charged extra money for mileage when you had to make an 80 mile round trip drive just to pick up the truck because neither of the ones you tried to reserve were actually available the morning of your reservation. We have dealt with other truck rental places that are more considerate when they do not fulfill their end of the contract.
Reserve your truck in advance...they seem to be in high demand.

Customer service in Richfield was beyond reproach. Everyone there was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I asked to have a 20' truck available on thurs., then called and said I wouldn't be able to pick it up until sat. morning.... they called me on weds, said they got the truck there for me and I could pick it up whenever it was convenient for me:) .. which I ended up picking up on fri evening. Everything the Richfield store did for me was above and beyond expectation, more than professional, and they said if I needed extra storage space, which I still may need, they would provide a free month! .. Incredible!
I had to have my father in law pick it up due to Uhaul not having our truck size at the correct location last minute. Uhaul was wonderful though with helping make other accommodations and adding appropriate miles to the allotted miles for the extra trip. Easy to work with and friendly. Thanks
I was charged $14 for something I have no idea about. My gas was on the line and I drove straight there so I dont understand why i still got charged extra. I was told by the guy that I was all good then look on my account and charged extra. Also had a bad experience in the past. Highly dont recommend.
Professional, fast ,friendly service.
I asked why 4x7 utility trailers are not available at this location, when the prior vendor (recent) had them. The manager explained that they are a corporate site, not a neighborhood store, and that therefore they do not control their rental inventory. That size trailer is no longer available in this county, and frankly, I resent being stuck with more expensive equipment that often is less suited to my needs.
I was very impressed with the owner and manager. They were overly helpful and made my experience renting a trailer quick and easy.

We waited 2 hours for someone to show us how to hook up our 26' truck to an Auto Tow & how to secure our car to the Auto Tow. The gal working was really nice but nobody was scheduled who knew how to hook up any equipment.
Excellent service by outstanding employees. Thank you for being there for us and especially for the ability to rent a truck after hours on-line, that was a big help!
This location helped me very much when my car broke down with my 94 year old mother in it. They were quick to help me over the entire stressful situation. They were awesome!!!!!
It's not the location, it was the experience. It's as time consuming as renting a carâ€”and as much of a headache. It would have been similar at any UHaul location. They specifically told me I had 48 hours, then because richfield UHaul closed at 5, my 48 hours no longer applied. My rental started at 5:50pm but I had to have it back by 5 pm, which really did cut into my time. I had it back at 5:15 but because it was closed I was charged a convenience fee for not using the app. What?! Certainly not a convenience for me. I had to take the trailer off the hitch myself, figure out where the return box was, just to be told that I had to return through the app that was difficult to use. Not a convenience. So I called in the get the fee taken off to be told I had to wait 3 days for someone to contact me. From the national hotline, not the local store. The customer service rep did finally contact the richfield manager, who said I didn't have it back by 5:15, and that's when I got upset. I told the service rep that I did indeed have the trailer back and that the richfield manager should check the security cameras. So the rep called her back and...their cameras weren't even working so she had no idea about when I did or didn't get it back!! My money was finally refunded. But this experience was not a good one. Frustrating to say the least.
Richfield uhaul is outstanding great folks to work with... I wish all businesses were as great to work with...
I have dealt with the Uhaul Richfield location twice and it has been problematic both times!
When buying boxes it states we buy back what you don't need in the way of boxes. You must have your receipt or they cannot take them back. You might want to put that on your box advertising
