The truck I rented had many scuff marks and other marks that were not marked by the sticker, so it took a while to take pictures of all the marks I found. And I was in a hurry. But it was convenient that I could use my phone for everything (checking in, odometer reading, etc.) so thank you for that.

You need to train ur people about how to use the computer. I told the Uhaul worker I would be traveling 49.9 miles so he preliminarily charge for 100 miles So @.99 mile it would be $100. Ok fine but I went 103.7 So in essence add in 4 extra miles it a should have been extra 4 .00 but they insisted I owed the 15.00 more and they couldn’t understand the concept that charging me for 100 miles and adding in 4.00 instead of charging me 15.00 was beyond they’re understanding vmbecause they know how didn’tchange the computer. I will not use UHaul again and Zim a Vsnd Teacher in town and will hauling equipment all year long. This was the 3rd time I rented U haul and there would be 8 more times. I’ll pay more at Enterprise just in principle. Your people need to learn customer service that the customer is always right. Without customers you have no business.

Next time don't rent out anything to your customers with living and non living roaches and cigarette butts and ashes every where in the vehicle. I've been a Uhaul customer on multiple occasions, but after today's incident (11/3/2017). I highly doubt i will ever return and bring my business to ANY UHAUL LOCATION.

This rental was paid for while making the reservation to avoid any delays, etc. However, it took 30 minutes to complete the transaction once I arrived at the location. There were no other customers.

Your rate for gas is higher than the average price for gas and you also charge a $30 fee for the gas not being where you say it should be and you wouldn't give me a chance to go to the gas station to correct the problem. So I wouldn't be recommending you guys to anybody that I know I will make sure that I never recommend you guys to anyone that I know.

I was supposed to pick up the truck I ordered on Friday from the Fontana location. I was then advised by U-haul, right before I left to get the truck Saturday morning, that I now had to drive to Rialto to pick up the truck since Fontana did not have any 20' trucks. I have no issue with driving to another location to pick up equipment, but I also should not be charged for that mileage difference between the 2 locations, especially at a rate of almost $1 per mile. Why should the customer be responsible for that mileage? To me, the mileage between the 2 locations should be removed from the overall on any other mileage that has accrued.

I requested my pick up online and ask for a dolly and Furniture Dolly, I was called 3 times to change the location when they sent me to Rialto i was told they don't carry Furniture dolly's and it wasn't even on my order. This was a big inconvenience since i am being charged .99 cent a mile and this location was way out of my way to begin with i had to drive to another location to get that dolly i requested in my original order.

I was charged an additional $10 for a utility dolly and furniture pads which I did not request or use whatsoever. The additional equipment was already placed in the truck prior to picking it up.
