We arrived at our drop off and chose to drop off the key inside instead of the box. We had rented a dolly in our truck so I wanted to ask the man at the till if he'd like it inside or left in the unlocked truck bed (we were trying to avoid it being stolen). At this point I had already completed the mobile drop-off before we went in. When I explained our situation to the man, simply just asking if he wanted us to bring the dolly in, he got very defensive and told me: A) They do not and have not accepted One-Way trucks at their location - B) I will need to take it and drop it off somewhere else - C) And that I would have to call the U-Haul support service line for assistance as he wasn't willing to help. I was quite frustrated as I had already checked the truck in at that location and he was not understanding or had any interest to understand what our actually issue was. My phone call with U-Haul Support was very helpful but held heavy irony. The Gentleman with support told me that the location already had multiple one-way trucks there and that it already showed that I completed the mobile drop-off correctly and there was nothing more I needed to do. He told me that the man working at the Deer Park Convenience Hub was completely incorrect and unaware of how anything gets ran, and to leave the dolly in the locked cab of the truck. 10/10 Support from the U-Haul support line. If I was able to give my drop-off location zero stars I would've. They made an already stressful moving day even more difficult.

The only thing I have to say about U-Haul, is that I reserved the truck at a different location and I went there to pick it up and it wasn't there. So I had to call uhaul to find out where the truck was, turns out it wasn't going to be there for another hour or so, and at this time it was before this location opened up at (gatez fresh market) so then I got sent to Ericson Drive, and doing all of this put me back about 2 hours in my day which was a bit frustrating as I had to hurry up and get to work and move out all in that one day. All is good though
Brandon CHave your vehicle ready properly cleaned on the inside and no dash lights especially the check engine light. Make sure there’s enough room to take proper pictures around the vehicle. Also make sure that the app is working correctly if not have the attendant take the pictures for you.
Joel TI wpuld say ues because it was convenient for how close it is toy home. Also, the guy who proceesed the rental was efficient and friendly, very respectful
