This location in red deer was great, other than the trailer brakes didn't work. We tried to pick up from Red deer gasoline Alley where we originally had our reservation but the bearded worker at the gasoline Alley location was extremely rude and refused to rent to us after exploding on me for not taking the picture right even though it was clear and easy to read.. was really disappointed by the worst customer service I've ever seen. This postponed our move by multiple hours
