The lady checking us in was rude, smoking as she checked the inside of the cab and truck, charged our card an extra fee without saying anything. We had filled the gas tank more than we had to and brought ot back a day early. Somehow she still decided kindness wasn't worth her time.

The truck itself was clean and they said it had 3/4 of a tank but it was 1/4 and there was broken glass in the back of the truck in the cargo area
We're great help actually got out of there home and came to help me.
Offer a lesser rate for one day one way travel.. poorly allowed 2 days which cost 103.00 when i could of driven trailer back to location but lost 2 hours of valuable repair time.. If $50 is the relocation fee for a trailer I believe that is excessive. As well as allowing 2 days travel for 118 miles is a bit excessive.. it would encourage prompt dropoff of items if it was less of a fee for one way rentals.. the consumer in an emergency is kind of left to take it or leave it. Which only hurts the consumer not the provider. This is a UHaul issue and no reflection of the great staff at Freddys Garage they were cery helpful in my time of need.. i feel that Uhaul's one way service is horrible and in dire need of an overhaul if i get charged 103 for using an item for 4.5 hours yet i could of used it for 23hr 59 min wnd taken it back to ranger for 54.95... That is just unacceptable and i will be noting this on social media platforms as well as BBB. Also the customer service rep when i called in stating I wasn't being open minded to the fact of how it was billed. When should a customer service rep ever tell a consumer that.. to his end it was you can either accept the contract or not.. he gave a name of A Brittany in the regional scheduling office is who he checked with.. once again it just hurts the consumer not the provider..
We did the self pickup so location was not an issue, but we had hell getting the truck. We were due to pick it up Fri evening and were not able to till Monday with not even so much as a discount or anything from Uhaul. Worst experience ever even had to miss work!!

My uhaul experience was horrible!! The oil was a quart low, the power steering oil was extremely low. The brake reservoir on the trailer was very low. We reserved the usual, both of them, 5 months in advance and we went to pick them up, they only had the trailer uhaul ready, the one to tow the truck was sitting there, but said it was for someone else, although we had reserved it 5 months ago! We then had to go someplace else and get the truck tow dolly. Very horrible experience. We are senior citizens and we shouldn't, no one should have to go through the experience we did. What happens if we didn't check the fluids? The brakes could possibly not work right?! Not good at all.
The staff at this location were very helpful and accomidating. U-haul itself needs to a better job of making equipment more available at closer locations to people. We had to travel 240 miles round trip to pick up the truck and trailer. The staff at this location did help out by allowing milage and days to the contract which was helpful. Not impressed with how u-haul does business, but the individual location was awesome!
Have the individual who is doing the rental agreement be more knowledgeable about your system.
Asked at pick up if tire pressure was checked. Answer was yes however the inside left rear was virtually zero psi.
Truck was dirty when picked up and in need of repairs front end was shaking so bad over 55mph felt like I would wreck
The location is Breckenridge was supposed to have a truck available for me, to pick up at noon. There was no truck for me, and they were out to lunch til 1:30 and had to drive 30 miles away to Ranger to get a truck. Very inconvenient. Poor planning. Waste of this customer's time and gas.
As with past rentals from this location, and even with the pre-checkin done, it took almost 30 min for me to sit through them trying to figure things out so that I could pick up my trailer. I turned out to not need the dolly I rented, and it took another 30 min of sitting there for them to figure out how I could return it to that location rather than in Amarillo.

We dropped off the day before our scheduled drop off, which was a Sunday, so no one was there.
It took an hour to pickup the truck, then I was charged twice as much as a friend of mine was charged for roughly the same distance, just the day before I rented. I was given the wrong address for a drop off location and was hung up on and then put on hold for a lengthy period of time when I called to get the correct address while sitting parked in a vacant parking lot
U-Haul customers were not a priority at this location at all.
Check in took a long time and overall customer service was abysmal. Person checking me in acted as tho I was a bother.
seems like everytime we use uhaul, they are ONLY willing to meet us half way at best, this is the second time now i have reserved a truck on line, confermations obtained, etc. goi to pick up the truck and it isnt there, first time a uhaul center right across the freeway form me, reserved the truck online, all is ok, go to get the truck and it wasnt there, they said yes there is one 80 miles away in this town, i asked if they would go get it for me? they refused, this time i reserved the truck online, everything is ok, go to get the truck, it isnt available, it is in a town 8 miles away, again the agents refused to get the truck to the location i had reserved it at. why cant uhaul get there shit together? you are probably the largest self move company but yet i get better service from your competetors, WHY???

U Haul is not their primary business and did not have the ancillary supplies like boxes etc. but very friendly and helpful.
