Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI had a 12pm reservation for them to tell me at 12:15 while standing in the hot sun I need to use the mobile sign in. I left there at 12:45pm and the truck was very dirty. I paid for a dolly which was not on the truck as well. I will not be back to this location again. Very upset!
Harold SI was overcharged,I was robbed.i took the truck with the fuel tank almost empty,I returned it with exactly amount of fuel I took it with. I believe the truck gauge or something was not adding up. the truck had mechanical issues and I had to ask for assistance from you.i had to wait for 50 minutes but you still didn't give a discount for waiting period.honestly you disappointed me.uou charge me 71 dollars ?????????
pharis kThe man pumping gas didn't speak English and was unable to tell me where to park. I was able to find the other U-Hauls in the back of the property, but having not been to this location before it was very confusing. It was also raining, which did not help the experience. Once the vehicle was dropped off I got the receipt very quickly. There are probably better locations to drop off
