Attendant was not particularly friendly or helpful. Bordered on surly. Did not have furniture dolly's in stock (after accepting in reservation). However, did go to trouble to call other sites. U-Haul reservation system is incredibly slow and does not have current technology search system (has been true for other sites as well, not just this one).

When locked, you could not open driver’s side door with key. Was not made aware of this issue before I picked up the uhaul. Exiting requires tight manuevering out of gate: easy to scuff truck and pay unnecessary fees.

After losing my home had to use facilities for almost 2 yrs for storage the manager Ken is always helpful and attentive. Finally got a new place and was helped by entire staff getting truck early and even waived the extra charge for 2nd day whn I called and told thm em I was running an hour late. Very helpful and nice staff.

The young man at the front desk was friendly. However I was told to simply park the truck on the side of the road that night when I was done moving. I did so, and the next morning was called and accused of parking in a no parking zone and that I didn’t leave my keys in the drop box. 1. Almost that entire street is a no parking zone from 8-5. The rental store opens at 7 so I figure they would the trucks back on the grass (it’s a curb so I doubt they trust the customers to do that parking). 2. Stressing your customer by saying the keys weren’t in the drop box, but then not calling back to say you found them is unacceptable. I obviously worried at that point that the keys were somehow misplaced, even though I specifically remember putting them in the appropriate box. 3. Have your front desk staff trained to say where the best place to park is so the customer isn’t berated the next day over the phone. Again, I was given no direction. 4. When someone just spends about $70 for a single day rental. You could at least thank them or something on the phone instead of only calling to say the keys aren’t in the box and I didn’t park in the appropriate spot (which I was never told). Pretty rough. I’m taking my business to a different rental company next time.
