Was not the original location I had reserved equipment at and was never sent an email notifying me of the equipment being at this new location so had to drive to the original location and then to this one. At the location struggled to get my reservation pulled up and then had the trailer positioned where it couldn't just be hooked up. Had to use my own cars jack to lift trailer up so it would slide onto my hitch.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulLocation didn’t have a utility dolly. Just want to make sure we’re not charged for it.
Corey BI came a day early because they are not open on Sundays. He said I should come back the next day (Sunday). He said he hated dealing with the U-Haul stuff!
Mark GThe young man that helped me obtain a truck was very kind as well as polite. He made the process easy and quickly as possible. They own their uhaul trucks so they will have trucks available. Thank You.. Job well done ☺
