Jerry BThe mirrors were not adjustable. The driver's side was close enough, but could have been better. The passenger side, if fully engaged was way to wide of a view. And when engaged you could not adjust the mirror. I had to have the mirror out of the locked position (engaged) to get a proper view. As such I had to manually adjust the mirror several times. Basically not very safe if not is not very focused on the mirror and view.

Jeanine KThe van I reserved did not have keys so I ended up with a 20’ instead of a 9’ which was not practical for what I needed it for. Online check in took over an hour with multiple calls to customer service. The 3 hour window I booked it for was essentially cut in half because of waiting time.
