This doesn't have much to do with the location. The U-haul online check in is the worst I've ever experienced. Me and my wife waited a half hour to verify her because u-haul needs a second person. After waiting and not getting a response I went inside and the guy at the location was very helpful and gave me a phone number to call. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very nice. I finally got my rental but the online check in still wasn't working.

DAVID HWorkers didn't know anything about the uhaul. They kept telling me to look for code in text from uhaul as they didn't have the key. Didn't get one. Finally after about 45 min, one of them went to get manager who knew how to manually log into computer to help me get this rental. I believe the workers need to be trained on how to rent uhaul. No uhaul called me the night before
