These guys were great, very helpful and didn’t even harass me when I didn’t bring my rental back on time. I like that.
LACIE MI was dropping off a trailer and the person asked me to leave the keys and be on my way……it didn't even know what a trailer was nor was it inclined to assist with disconnecting or verifying its condition. Sad. Very sad customer service.

SHARON WUpon returning the truck, I was charged for the pick-up location’s mistakes. I fueled the vehicle back to 163 miles. Two miles over the required limit and they still charged my card for fuel replacement. Also, I was charged for a moving blanket that I did NOT receive. At this location, I immediately notified the clerk about the missing blanket, however she didn’t inform the store manager of the situation. I had to drive back to this location to inform the manager myself once the additional charges were authorized. The manager, Sam, was very pleasant! He went over & beyond to explain the charges in detail of why I was charged the additional fees. Once I explained the situation to Sam with photographed proof, he immediately apologized for the miscommunication on the clerk’s behalf and guaranteed he would get to a resolution. Although I will NOT be a returning customer to U-Haul, I would recommend this location based off of the customer service that Sam provided.
