I waited over an hr to rent a cargo van because the U haul company decided to refresh / revamp their computer system on a sat at 11:00 am Why would a company decide to do sum thing like this at this time ?... obvious they could care less about the customer & the poor guys @ KBR trying to navigate thru the computer to pull up my online order !! They did everything in their power to work thru the impossible !! Finally a Regional guy decided to redo the order from his computer at a different geographic location! U haul .... u need to get your act together & be more customer oriented!!
The attendant didn't wear a mask ask customers come in no room for social distancing He as for my credit card and ID I attempted to hand it to him he didn't take it and I put the cards on the counter he handed me the paper work to sign and gave me the key I basically said this is not how you rent a vehicle you are supposed to walk out side with me go over the vehicle see where the gas is at he got upset and said he was canceling my reservation I said you want me to sign a paper take a key and walk away this is not the first time I rent a vehicle basically told him he was rude he told me he is cancelled my reservation until another gentleman came from in the garage and asked what happened. He told his coworker I was giving him a difficult time I said that is not true from the moment I walked in this shop you had an attitude with me and I haven't said anything to you other than I have a reservation and asked if you wanted the reservation number you said no you asked my last name I will never go here again or refer anyone here Don't know there names because no name tags and they would tell you not sure if it's the same person name on the paper Returning the truck was different no attitude and a different person I still would go back there
Picking up the truck was difficult since I had to wait for a long time. When I call uhaul no one receives the call. Customer service is poor
I had a great experience with this location.
There was a hole at the top right corner of a truck, and the floor was completely wet (presumably from rain a few nights ago â€” it hadn't rained in Boston for a few days) I mopped and cleaned up before loading. The Dolley I paid for was missing too. I immediately notified Uhaul and Adam Barrows (an Area Manager) responded once but I have been unable to get in touch with him again. After I returned the truck, Uhaul opened an accident report on the damage that was present when I received the truck.

Service and information provided was great, Location was a bit hard to find at first, but really happy with my first experience using U-Haul.
Roger, the owner/operator of this establishment, was beyond rude - he was quite atrocious. When I told him I did not need the furniture pads after all, he told me to deal with it later. He was rude to my daughter - she told him she didn't have to deal with his rudeness so she walked out. He could not seem to understand how to put in my address so I had to enter my info for him (granted I do have a rural route address but he was totally lost on the computer). He continually berated his employee in front of me. He was rude to the other male customer that came in to the establishment (I thought at first he didn't like to deal with women - but that thought was quickly put to rest!).
Face shields and proper cleaning safeguards were not in use. Office was cluttered, unorganized, and dirty. Van was not ready for the scheduled pickup time. We had to walk two blocks in the rain to get it ourselves. Employees were friendly but overall a very poorly run operation.

The location is poorly marked. It is a gas station without any larking and uhaul trucks were offsite. I am chose the mobile app for pickup and it did not work at the store for any customers. We all had to go in and do paperwork.
The online system for uhaul is terrible. I was not given a copy of the contract and was told I could find it online, I was assigned a drop off location different than the one I selected at the reservation, I went to drop off the Uhaul and it an hour to adjust my reservation to the correct place. Afterwards uhaul made me do an online return, EVEN THOUGH AN EMPLOYEE WAS RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. The mobile system is terrible. I had to share my location to even use the app and for privacy I usually have location disabled. After messing with my phone to share location, it asked me take 4 separate photos to return the truck. Why did I have to do this when a uhaul agent was right in front of me? System is fine for after hours drop off but if you have an agent in front of you you shouldn't need to do an online return.
Location was an older gas station and not a stand alone UHAUL Center.
Took a long time to process any paperwork and there were cigarette butts in the cab.
It's totally stupid when showing the dimensions of a truck on your website as being 15 feet long to mean including that little alcove above. I made it work for what I was moving today but I would think that might really screw people over in some instances Would probably assume you mean the actual footprint of the back not with the little alcove included.

These guys were a delight to deal with!!
First of all, the contract is under GAIL McGough, not Joseph. Joseph was the driver, but I paid for it. Secondly, the vehicle was not clean. It had frost on the window and the rear of the cargo van was very dirty. I took pictures in the event it came into the conversation. Although the transaction went rather smoothly, I am very upset that my credit card was overcharged by $16.90. I looked over the receipt very carefully and everything was accounted for. The fuel doesn't come into play since prior to returning the vehicle, we topped off the tank at the gas station across the street. It would only take $2.31. When the UHaul manager tried pumping gas upon return of the vehicle, it would not take any - we already topped off the tank. I signed a receipt for $29.67 and that is what I expect to pay. The charge on my Visa is $66.50, which is unacceptable. I intend to see the manager in the next day or so for an explanation. Unless I'm shown paperwork to explain this discrepancy, I shall file a dispute of the transaction with Visa and have the charge removed altogether. Thank you.
