Did not have the car hauler that was reserved. I had to contact the reserve number luckily they were able to straighten out. Almost a hour to finally get my reservation.

Drivers seat belt didn't register with the dash reminder, had seatbelt on and the light, beep continued. Attempted to rebuckle and still didn't register. Did report to attendant upon return.

I was there for 2 hours. Equipment was priced over 500 more than reservation quoted amount and store did not try to fix, I had to call uhaul support and dispatch myself in front of them. Truck had broken low beams, alignment was terrible, and got 2 mpg for 2200 miles. Complete rip off - never again uhaul.

Truck was nice and clean. Only issue was bad ws wipers scratching the glass. We did not need them but reported to the drop off dealer. Good experience except no cruise control. Hard to maintain steady speed on Interstate roads!

I attempted to reserve a 6’x12’ enclosed trailer, then get notified that one is not available, ended up with a 6’x12’ open trailer that was dirty it had gravel, grease stains, miscellaneous debris from prior rentals. I was moving furniture and needed to remove the grease. There appeared to be several enclosed trailers in the lot. Overall very disappointed with my experience.

Dont tell people they have a trailer rented when theres not one for 100mi. I lost a truck becuse of your incompetence on booking. Thank you so much uhaul. Ill be useing some other company from now on. I couldnt even get a call untill 2 hours after i was suppose to get my rental truck and trailer that there was no trailers available but i had to disconnect a car hauling trailer "the one i needed" from the fucking truck i was renting. Tell me why your system sucks so bad ihad to lose my 2002 chevy s10 zr5!!! Ill be waiting on a response. Thanks for nothing

This is more the website. I was under the impression I was to get a huge storage unit (18x20-ish) from the website for 60 a month. Turns out its 10x10's for 100. I havent dug into it yet but that was very unexpected. Suggest uhaul looks into that.

The email to confirm did not include the business address. I waited on the phone over 45 minutes to ask here the location was and finally decided to drive to one of the locations. The manager was not friendly and didn't even say he was sorry that I was inconvenience and had wasted my time. He told me I could get a refund on the insurance cost if I let him know within thirty minutes did not need it . I let him know without ten minutes and he did not refund my money.

Computers are slow if they work at all Went three times could not even get a reciept one time and it took an hour to try and return items I did not use. Still don,t know if I got a credit for 5 bundles of blankets I returnrd to this location before I left on my trip

My issues were not with the U-haul location, but rather the backend scheduling. I reserved a truck online, with no problem. Checked in on my mobile, no problem. Went to get the vehicle and apparently my reservation was at 5:30pm, the truck I reserved was not due back until 5:45pm. Why would have it been allowed to schedule that way? They had to call and leave a message for the previous renter and they brought the truck back around 6:30pm. Then I went to pick it up and for whatever reason someone offsite from the corporate site canceled my reservation. The staff that worked with me at the site was great trying to get it all corrected, but this added a great deal of unnecessary stress.

Was charged a full day when i was an 1hr 5 min late. Yet if i rent for half a day it's still a full days charge. Plus a rented a appliance dolly and had to return for it because they forgot to give it to me. Sorry arnot i believe there should be like a 2 hr grade period or a late fee of life $15.



You need more employees. The wait time for customer service is awful.

I specifically reserved a small trailer at this location because they are opened until 6:00 p.m.. I received a confirmation e-mail and an e-mail to expedite the pick up process. Then I received an e-mail changing the pick up location to across the street. I thought nothing of, thinking they simply had rental units in a lot directly across the highway. Unbeknownst to me, the "main office" not only changed my reservation to a different supplier, the "new" supplier closed at 4:00 p.m.. When I arrived, they were closed. I went to the supplier I had originally scheduled my pick up and, while they didn't have the size trailer I wanted, they gave me a large trailer for the same cost of the smaller trailer. I DID NOT WANT the larger trailer but at that point I had to accept it. Then it took 3 attempts to find a trailer that was usable. The first had a light that didn't work, the second was jammed so tightly against the others that it couldn't be separated to be put on my hitch and finally, an HOUR LATER, I was able to get home to pack..... The U-Haul " main office" really screwed me on this one! It messed up a well laid plan and started my trip off horribly! The folks who helped me did their best but an added problem customer at the end of their day (while trying to close for the evening) put them in a bad spot. My gripe is with U-Haul corporate office!!!

We initially rented a 26-foot moving truck to pick up at 7:00 am. We received a call at 7 pm the night before to tell us our truck wouldn't be available until 10:30, putting us way behind schedule. After much frustration, we were offered a smaller truck available at 7:00 am, but the customer service agent was uncooperative and at one point flat out refused to offer us any compensation, although this was not our fault, and made our moving late as we needed to take multiple trips due to the smaller truck. At the time of our pick up, we waited 45minutes to get the truck. We were asked for an emergency contact, although no one in front of us was asked this question. We were then asked to wait while the manager called our emergency contact to ensure it was authentic. This didn't happen to anyone else before us, or after us, as several people checked out trucks when we were waiting to return it. We believe this was because my family is African American/multi racial. This is highly disappointing that someone would behave in such an overtly discriminatory way in the diverse city of Pueblo in two thousand and EIGHTEEN! I have never had anyone do this before when renting any type of vehicle, and we were appalled at this behavior. The manager even came up with some excuse about us not getting charged in case we were in an accident and couldn't return the truck! Seriously??? I will not recommend U-Haul to anyone, nor will I use U-Haul again. Up until now, it had been our "go to" choice for relocation. Very disappointed.

There were only 2 people on duty when I turned in my equipment on a Saturday. Management needs to look at increasing staffing levels on obviously busy days. Ronald who was on duty at this location was working extremely hard to to keep up, there were just so many customers.
