Don and Brenda are great. I rent from uhaul a lot I will only rent from Don and Brenda when picking up or dropping off in Prescott Valley. They are on top of their game and are always looking a day ahead. I couldn't do what I do without them. I always run into trouble with my trucks not being ready due to they dont have my truck that is reserved when I pick up different locations. However with Don and Brenda, I never have to worry since they make sure that my reservation is always ready. Thank you Don and Brenda.

The location was just fine, but The customer service was horrific!! Someone should educate this guy that if Uhaul sets a time with the customer to pick up the trailer and he doesn't like it than he has a problem with Uhaul!! NOT the customer as the customer is just simply doing what Uhaul told them to do!! Also, it is NIT the customers fault that he does not get paid overtime!! Again, I suggest Uhaul them self put this guy through customer service classic!! What an experience is all I have to say!!!
