My move to Chino Valley Az with U-Haul was specific to a U-Haul drop off 2 miles away. Apparently this was not an option because I was unable to drop it off there for some reason. I drove 19 miles and drove by three U-Haul‘s to drop it off at this one. They were closed and no one was there to help.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulHappy with my rental no complaints
Diego GThe truck was clean, but The lock on the back of the truck got jammed. I had half a load locked in the truck and half a load on my back patio. I was really upset. It was Sunday and I couldn't get a hold of anyone at the rental location. They are closed on Sunday and Monday. Roadside assistance was great. They came to me at 3 in the morning. The lock opened right up with some WD-40.
Elizabeth AI’m a little late leaving this review, but I wanted to make sure it was shared. The customer service at this U‑Haul location was excellent. Janet helped us with our rental, and the entire checkout process was seamless. We had an issue with the lock we purchased, no fault of her own, and she was quick to offer us a lock of her own. We greatly appreciated everything she did for us. She made everything quick and easy. Thank you, Janet.
Brianna Jthe lot was open but there was no one there.
