My recent experience with U‑Haul was extremely frustrating. I had a confirmed pickup time for 9:00 AM, but no one was on-site until after 10:00–10:30 AM. This is the second time this exact issue has happened, so it’s clearly not just a one‑time mistake. When the manager finally arrived, late, we agreed that I could return the trailer later than the normal time to make up for the hour-plus delay that morning. Despite only having the trailer for one day, I was still charged for two, even though the late return was something the manager and I discussed and agreed on. Between the unreliable staffing, the repeated delays, and the inaccurate billing, U‑Haul has been nothing but a hassle to deal with. After multiple bad experiences, I will not be using U‑Haul ever again.

PAUL SThis was the worst experience ever and want be renting anymore trailers from U-Haul because the trailer isn’t well maintained or any maintenance is done on them. I had a blow out on one of the tires and it took 3 hours for them to get someone dispatched to me to have the tire changed. Was a horrible experience and do not recommend recommend renting no trailers
